I wanted to drop you a note thanking you for your assistance this week. As you are aware week 9 is a challenging week for the students due to the amount of paperwork. It was great to have a new friendly face in the building with a teaching style that kept the students engaged at all times. It was odd that I did not hear one of them ask for a break which is a credit to you. Following the mock interviews the individual feedback given to the students has been really positive. Since July 2010, the Pathways Coventry office has benefited from an on-site Next Step advisor (Provided by Specialist recruitment Services) visiting once a week, allowing consultants to refer clients with further educational needs on for 1:1 assistance. I had two lengthy interviews one of which involved extensive use of competency based questions. I had at least twelve such questions during that interview and I was able to answer each using actual examples from my career and using the notes of such examples that I had compiled both over the course of this year and specially for this job.
